Summer Bishil

Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actor best famous for her portrayal of Margo in 'The Magicians' which is a Syfy show that was a fantasy drama from 2015 to the present. in the Alan Ball movie 'Towelhead, she played 13 year older Lebanese American girl Jasira, who goes through several personal battles against the background to the U.S. intervention in Iraq in the Gulf War. Her character was chosen in 2007 for a spot on the "Variety 10 actors to watch'. The role she played was a defining one, Taslima Jahangir, in the 2009 crime drama film 'Crossing Over', where she was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for the Best Female Lead' category. Apart from starring in a variety of films including Mooz-lum, The Last Airbender, Pop Star and ?Under the Silver Lake, she's also appeared as an actor in a variety of television shows as well as recurring characters in numerous other movies.
