Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally known as Andra day is an American R&B singer-songwriter. She has been awarded numerous awards including a Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nomination for an Academy Award. Andra Days is a strong singer who can also write stunningly. In addition, she is an expert in retro R&B, her musical origins are in gospel jazz and blues. With her debut, Cheers to The fall (2015) she made it into the Top Ten R&B/hip hop charts and earned a few Grammy nominations. In 2017, her work on Marshall's soundtrack was also recognized by the Academy Award. Andra, born Cassandra Monique Batie of Edmonds Washington became a resident from San Diego and metropolitan San Diego where she attended school as well as sang in the church. After leaving the School of Performing and Creative Arts, Day started to focus on contemporary R&B and Pop but soon realized that her roots in soulful jazz were the ones she was attracted to. In 2019, she debuted her sophomore record The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album about the life of the legendary jazz singer. The United States against Billie Holiday came out in 2021, the year she appeared in the film Holiday. Andi Matichak is a famous American actor. She began her career in the television series Orange Is the New Black and 666 Park Avenue and Blue Bloods. Her debut in film was when she appeared as Allyson in the series of horror Halloween. Andi Mattichak was born May 3, 1994, in Framingham Massachusetts.
