Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She also coaches and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie became the very first female to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Annie was second in the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. The first female winner of at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. The other accomplishments she has achieved includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013, 2017 and 2013. Annie as well as her both her parents and siblings was raised to Reykjavik Iceland. Being a sports and working out enthusiast from an early age, she took part in a variety of school sports and also won numerous awards. As of 2009, she competed in the CrossFit event in California. Annie Thorisdottir is 31, (by the year 2021). She's 5'7" tall and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie began CrossFit in California, in 2009. Annie did very well in her first competitions and finished within the top 10. She was not able to win any awards but ended up in 11th place on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished in seconds place and won a silver medal in the same year. In her second year, she took part again in CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she was the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. Annie, who had an outstanding 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first female to have won the two CrossFit Games. In 2014, she received a gold medal. Then in 2021 she was awarded a bronze. At present, Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete, Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many other brands. Her own Youtube page is awash with over 1000 subscribers, where she posts the videos of her family and trips as well as training diets.
